Does the nemo spire skim board do what it says it does?

Question

It says it will do both flatland and waves. I'm not sure about this because it is a wood board and not foam. Has anyone had expierence trying to use this on waves?

i dotn know if you want to do both your probably better off saving and getting a different board for wave and sand

it doesn't mean that you can paddle out on it. A skim board can be ridden out onto a wave that you catch on the wash. Skim boards are not meant to be ridden in the surf but they can catch the tail end of a wave IF YOUR GOOD if not don't bother.
