Does the new White Unlockled Palm centro come with instant messaging?

http://palm.com is now offering the Unlocked version of the Palm Centro but I was reading through the specs and it doesn;t seem to come with instant messaging.

I am disputing onw hether or not to purchase this Unlocked White Palm centro for $299 or the AT&T one for $349 or $199 under contract.

Can I download the mobile messaging software to the new White Unlocked Palm Centro?
