  1. I dont see why you would need it. If you have  a treadmill It just tells you all the stuff that nike+ would and same w/ other equipment.  I don't think it is programed to work with anything other than running. Its not really work it.


  2. A friend of mine has it and it works great. I know he always brags about having his stats no matter where he runs "as long as there is impact on the fee".
