No. the Nikon S210 is a camera. None of the major brand cameras are made to do it.

There is a work around that requires the Video cable (if available) and a TV tuner card with a composite input port. But in that case you're better off ordering a webcam from the internet or form an electronics store. You can get webcams for about $10 USD from dealextreme.com but shipping is a tad slow and quality is a little iffy.
