Does the non-custodial parent have any say if other parent takes the child to an out of network doctor?

We provide insurance, and she's taking the child to an out of network doctor..and now asking for more money.

  1. I don't think you could make her change doctors... But unless it's written in the custody/support agreement, you shouldn't have to pay any more money out of pocket than you do now.
