Does the numbers in the years bother you??

The years seem to be going by so fast and it's crazy. Well I dont know if any of you people will understand what i mean but hopefully you do. Does the numbers in the years, as they go higher, bother you at all?

Like next years it'll be 2009, then 2010, then 2011, and so on..

Do you ever feel like the world would run out of numbers?

And who came up with naming the years by numbers? I know it's silly, but im actually scared and paranoid. I feel the need of rushing to get older because I think the world will end before i get to really experience life. How can I just get over this fear..

No, but my mortality does.  Realize they will probably have ways to increase your lifespan by dozens of years when you get to around 30.

but on a more serious ntoe:

y stop living now but worry of wat might happen in the future

be happpy with what u have

life is to live it not sweat it .........if ur scared tht u will not get a really experience life then try living in the present ..........so u do everything tht u want to do now and not make long term plans

well...the mayans say the world will end on 12 12 12...it does seem that the world will run out of numbers, but that's impossible. people would just make new numbers and call them different names. you were born into the 2000 era, which means things will only get more advanced, before we create something that will over take us, or we destroy ourselves with nuclear weapons, or global warming. once that happens, we will all die off, and the world will have to start over again.

so...there's really nothing to be afraid of, if it really bugs you, get out there and live before its too late.
