  1. The ones in my town do. I would guess they have to obey the same laws as everyone except I don't ever see them stop at stop signs when there's no oncoming cars.  They just roll on through.


  2. First of all this category is an oxymoron, Law and ethics no longer go hand in hand.

    To answer the question: If it's a city worker, they consider themselves part of the system and therefore are above (omited from) city laws.

    If it's a private company they d**n well better.
