Yes  sounds like Mark.

For those that don't know,  mark  was a street level   cop along time ago, in Guelph, Ontario.

Has been with city tv for at least 25 years. Does a lot of

"voice work " for tv comercials,  and sound tracks for cartoons.

Toronto is a major centre for  "  voice actors " due to the large  number of cartoons made here.
