Does the phiten necklaces and wristbands really work?

I got a phiten necklace and I always wear it when I play sports. But I still feel the same.

I have had my Red Sox necklace for about 1 month and I love the way it looks. As to the claims about it making you feel better....

I have back, hand and knee issues for years and I have felt better since wearing it (24 hours per day)... If it's in my head I don't care!
