Does the pizza hut delivery charge include the tip?

The driver does get part of that money. My store charges 1.50 for delivery of which the driver gets 0.75. The rest of the charge is to help cover the cost of things needed to deliver pizza that the store wouldn't need if they didn't deliver. Things like the bags that keep the pizza warm. The car toppers that the drivers put on the car,etc.

they charge you about $2 for delivery fee but the drivers only get less than a dollar out of that so it'd be nice if you tip too .

No, so you should have some change for the driver.Think about it, the time, and gas you saved and you were comfortably sitting in your home writing in Yahoo answers.

Remember to tip your delivery driver. You'd be suprized at the sorts of things they can get away with if you're known to not tip. At papa johns, there was one person known for NEVER tipping, no porch light, ice on her sidewalk every time it snowed and being generally disgusting and rude. One of the stories I heard about her was that she asked one of the other drivers to pull up her Depends!!! EWWWW!!! That person found their pizza de-cheesed, as the hot bag had flipped over in a panic stop and I chose to do nothing about it.

Even if it's only a dollar, the driver appreciates it, especially because the driver is putting wear and tear on their own car, has to pay for the gas to deliver your pizza and is generally only paid minimum wage
