Does the quality of the gas improve gas mileage?

there really is no difference....just another way to get $. The only diff is premium helps engine and cleans gunk in engine.

YES IT DOES !!!!  I average 4 to 5 MPG. more with 93 octane verses 87 octane. I drive about 75000 miles a year and have checked it thousands of times. I can only contest to SHELL & SUNOCO  gasoline. Not to mention........ all my trucks get over 500,000 miles before i trade them in, and they still run great !!!!   hope this helps ?
