Does the "Grande Luxe Ocean View Room" at the St. Lucia Halcyon Resort really have an ocean view?

Is it a good view of the ocean? Is it worth the extra money for an ocean view room for a honeymoon? Let me know & thanks!

I haven't been to St. Lucia but I've heard it's beautiful...and if a hotel says Oceanview room, it would most likely be a great view....I've paid the extra bit for oceanview and it is definitely worth it....especially for your honeymoon.

*edit: I just checked the resort and it's a Sandals resort....most definitely will you be getting excellent quality and whatever description there will be true to its word. They won't bluff you....it's gorgeous there!

If they say there is an ocean view, then there has to be one.  Howvever - sometimes it's the kind of view that you can only appreciate out of the corner of your eyes.  Call the resort and ask.  YES - an ocean view is really the best for a honeymoon.
