Does the radio make you fall asleep?

ive been sleeping for a year with my radio on its helped a lil bit but not a hole lot but if i had a tv on it helps me ALOT i love it but i think its a waste of energy who else falls alseep with there radio on waiting to hear the news in the morning?

  1. Yeah, if your'e listening to "Coast to Coast AM" w/ Art Bell, George Noory, or Ian Punnett!

    Or listening to any out-of-town radio station(KCBS-AM/San Francisco will do it just fine!)

  3. Yup, I always fall asleep with my radio on till morning when my alarm wakes me up. I used it as the background music to get me to sleep. TV is no doubt the biggest help when it come to falling asleep at night. It helps a lot...

  7. Matters on person personally noise annoys me when trying to sleep,but my brother goes to sleep with his tv on (volume around 50).
