Yes they do! The girls are not allowed to date the patrons. Also, any patron caught using the camera on his cellphone in a inapropriate way can be prosecuted for sexual harassment. My boyfriend and my daughter have both worked for Hooter's, and this is a common mistake.

Absolutely.  There is sexual harassment laws that apply to ALL employers, not just conservative ones.  For example, an employer can be sued for sexual harassment even if a customer harasses one of the waitresses; that's why you'll get kicked out if you get grabby or offensive.

Yes, similar to a strip club - no touching! The questions I have is regarding them being an equal opportunity employer. Im so sure if I went there I would see a middle aged handicapped MAN working there. That must be illegal.

yes, i used to work there.  we were not allowed to date anyone who worked there, if there was any sexual harassment between employees you were fired. if there was any harassment between customers the customers were kicked out by a manager.

its not a bad job at all. we actually had drug tests, health benefits etc.
