    It is gud 4 da legs nd if u have the proper technique u can work ur stomach also

    u shuld go on it 4 bout 30 mins a day

    but do sumting lyk

    5 mins warm up (not 2 slow but not fast)

    10 mins steady ( fast but not flat out)

    5mins easy (very slow 2 cool down muscles)

    5mins hard (as hard as u can go non stop)for this 1 u might need 2 start at 2mins depending on ur fitness level nd as u get fitter u can build ur way up nd go more than 5mins

    5 mins easy ( very very easy)and make sure u always warm down cuz its important

  2. absolutely!

    the only bad thing is that you will lose alot of weight in your thighs, butt, and arms, but your calves tend to tone/bulk up and your stomach doesn't lose much weight at all, since you don't use it on an ergometer.

    i would say for exercise, try to go for a comfortable intensity for 30 minutes and  just build up the intensity, not the time.
