no it says it will come back in a year but it never does.....

yeah when u beat cinnabar island gym some one will give u a ticket to the ss anne or some thing like that

no it dosent. If you want it to stay, then trade a pokemon who knows cut. Then it wont go.

The ss anne never comes back on any of the GBC games. only on the GBA games but its called something else (you use it to go between islands later in the game)
