  1. With the team loosing - one has to be made a scape goat.

They cannot sack a player and yet pay the money, instead they

could have chosen an administrator or a coach. In this case it

they went after the official. When teams loose it is typical for

such things to happen and tempers flare.

If you are asking me if it is in the right direction - time will tell.

RC with this team will have more problems as their players

have not gelled as a team. More over they do not have an

aggressive batsman who can take the team to next level.

This is where they fail miserably. I know for sure they will be

on the bottom of the table and many changes into the next

season will be coming including coaches and players.

  2. Absolutely!

    Next Stop: Dravid

  3. yeah its the owners decision to appoint or to sack any support staff member.

but personally i don't think sacking of CEO will help the owner to improve the teams performance

  4. The boss is always right !

  5. no

  6. Why not. "Pay to work - Work for pay"

  7. Though due to political influence he has been selected. On a whole it is role would be justified.

  8. No. It's Mallya's mistake.he should have chosen a good team Charu can't help with such a team.vote mine as the best answer please

  9. In IPL you will hear the axe falling .

It is a business venture for them; not mere play/ cricket.

Who are we to say anything about who the great Mallya decides to keep or fire. He is the boss.

Hire and fire as he likes.

  10. Pressure was building on the Franchise owner because of the below par performance of Bangalore and he had to make an example out of someone, other than a player!

As a fan, I would say, no, it was not a right decision, but I do see the business sense in this decision...

  11. Even though Charu was not the best choice as CEO of BRC, its not going to help if they sack him when the players are performing so pathetically. Dravid is at bay, unable to put up a good show as a player and unable to motivate and lead as a captain. Poor Charu, has been made the scape goat !

  12. It is Absolutely wrong. when players don't perform why criticise and remove management.also while bidding, he din't had any sense that he was taking players who are not suitable for 50 over format.
