  1. I don't use it, I just have ice water whit lemon in it and that work great to keep you from getting sea sick

  3. The side effects are dry mouth and sleepiness.  You do not want this while on vacation.  

    Just go to a health food store and buy a package of candied ginger.  It is very inexpensive, tastes good, and works very well.  Just eat a few pieces a few times during the day and you will feel just great.  Much better than medicine that makes you feel sleepy and who wants a dry mouth?
