Does the smell of nail polish really kill brain cells?

I use nail polish alot and I was just worried

What do you mean, "The smell?"   If you  are using it in a well ventilated room and you just smell the normal odor of the polish there is nothing to be worried about.

Now, if you use it in a closed area and leave the bottle open for a period of time - you need to be more careful.

If you are sniffing it - yes it can cause harm and you need to stop sniffing.  Get whatever help you need to do that.
