It's also false advertising, because it's saying "ANY" footlong for $5, but they show small print on the bottom of the ad saying that the "premium" or "special" sandwiches are not "eligible" for the offer.....  

Bunch of c**p to deceive the public, not to mention a commercial that seemed to be written by people with no brain cells or imagination!
