  1. It will always rise in the east and set in the west, yes, but more specific than that, the exact path that the Sun takes across the sky depends on your location on Earth and what time of the year it is.

  2. yea. ok it doesnt rise  but we say that we spin in one direction then

  3. the sun doesnt rise, just fyi,

the earth spins, the sun is stationary.

  4. I don't really understand your question.

It isn't really the sun moving anyway, it's the earth rotating around it's axis.  The earth tilt relative to the sun changes over the year, giving us seasons.

  5. :o)   ..ehee hee...

As the earth spins [on it axis], the sun appears to rise

...and you are right...  from one direction   all the time.

    The EAST.

A few Islands in the Pacific are famed for seeing the sun before anyone else in the world. It is where the sun rise is seen "first in the world" to those who live there because of where the 'International Date Line' is situated.

[ It always comes up in the East there too! ]

  6. ...the day will come when the sun rises in the west.....tat will be D day....

  7. NO

The sun only rises in the east and sets in the west in these circumstances:

-if you are at the equator, the sun rises and sets east and west.

-if you are not on the equator, the sun only rises due east and sets due west during the equinoxes (twice each year).

The further you live away from the equator, the sun will gradually move away from setting due west  as the year progresses.  For example, in the Northern hemisphere the sun will gradually set further and further north of due west until mid summer; after which it will return and set due west on the autumnal equinox.  Then it will set further and further south of due west until mid winter, then return for the spring equinox.

Of course; north of the arctic circle, the sun doesn't set at all, for part of the year (the midnight sun), and doesn't rise at all during mid winter.
