me id have to say it should be like the nrl the golden point rule,

10 min each way first point scored wins but if no point has been scored with in the 20 min then its a point each.

No, each team gets 1 point each, but its very rare you'll see a draw, but I've seen some classic brutal matches that have ended like that, Leeds vs Bradford at Odsal last season comes to mind, usually the drop goal is a deciding factor in close games.
