what is yeast made up of?

Yeast is a single-celled organism in the same kingdom, fungi, as mushrooms.

Some bread has eggs, most don't.  Some bread has milk, many don't.  If you're trying to avoid certain ingredients, you need to start picking up loaves of bread and reading the labels.

toast bread?  Is that a brand?   Some breads do and some don't.  Read the ingredients.
