The only BBC chanel we get in the US is BBC America.

BBC broadcast in the US under the name of BBC America. Interestingly, they broadcast a lot of different British programmes that they don't show in the UK, e.g. Skins. Check out the site to see for yourself!

I get BBC America and BBC World. I have digital cable though, which means I get about 400 channels.

The big American news channel is CNN.

No way. If you have extended cable (the kind with hundreds of channels) you can get the regular BBC
