  1. Dude, ya saddiqi, how many times are you going to ask this question?

If you are a resident in Dubai, you should be able to apply there. Otherwise, if you're only visiting in the UAE, you'll need to apply in Riyadh. It's not all that tough for a Saudi student to get a visa these days, not since your King established the US scholarship program in the past 2 years.

The numbers of Saudi students in the US have gone up considerably since that happened.

Anyway, call the consulate in Dubai and ask. Their number is 4 311-6000, you can call between 3-4 on weekdays and from 10-4 on Mondays.

  2. Apply at the US Embassy in Dubai and you need not apply at Saudi Arabia which is your home country.

  3. if you have a resident card for Dubai or live there?, than you may apply for the student visa in Dubai, if you are just visiting? you will have to go back to your home country Saudi Arabia .
