  1. yes

  2. The Universe does have rules, it is called PHYSICS !

Physics is the branch of science concerned with discovering and characterizing universal laws that govern matter, energy, space, and time.

  3. it has an order ,chaos exists, and intelligence, however i don't think  rules are part of the universe, maybe the only rules are the ones science apply as compulsory to have a hold of something that always has been and will be continue it's order....as to who's this universe ,it is open to more than one

interpretation so that gives you and idea of how immense it is to contain it with a specific definition....

  4. The only rule I can think of that relates to this category is the rule that magic does not exist.

  5. It has a predictable behaviour , but rules ? no i dont think so.

  6. The Universe is the totality of existence.

Yes, it has rules. Such as, it's your bedtime.

  7. hear this:  We are too small to perceive higher dimensions which DO exist, nonetheless. Like a bacteria which is aware of only 2 dimensions and is too minuscule to even know about the 3rd dimension.

Also, there is nothing as gravity, or for that matter any of the rules defined, if u rise beyond the 3dimensions(which u cant, by the way). i wish Einstein was alive today....

  8. Which universe domain are you referring to and does that include all the other dimensions?

Sorry, just a friendly dig.  Actually, there are few groundrules that one needs to be aware of:

time is simultaneous, beyond things is a  region (did everyone get that clue the other day?), vibration energy is a prime construct of all matter (dark as well).  Within the next couple of years the fun will be immense when our clues begin  to pile up on the startling nature of our dimesional universe....

  9. The Universe doesn't have any rules, but Man's explanation of the Universe does. The problem with lots of the so called immutable laws of science and nature is that they may well turn out to be quite mutable as we gain more knowledge. The only thing we can say for sure about the Universe is that it appears to be quantum in nature and existence is discrete and granular rather than smooth and  continuous, and that everything seems to be linked together in precise and unchanging ratios.

  10. Yes it has rules.

The question of identity is semantically null.

  11. There are certain natural laws that are inherent.  Like the law of gravity for the physical earth, there is the law of attraction.  You receive that which you focus on, whether it's positive or negative.

The universe is everything and everyone who exists or ever existed.  It is our collective consciousness and yet it is more than that.  But it's not a "who".  It's the energy source of all life which is within and around everyone and everything.  It's the process of life itself.

  12. Yes it does have rules. We're just beginning to figure the out.The superstitious nonsense you read on this site .That's a roadblock standing right in the way of finding out what they are.

  13. Of course, they are called laws of nature. It's up to the scientist to discover them.

  14. Yes, you can find them in any bible and The Big Man Upstairs is wondering why you are asking.
