  1. It is just the bread and whatever veggies you want on it.  I would say there is always a risk for something tomato being on something since they have them in the store.

  2. The veggie delite is just a salad sub- Get it on white bread and you should be right!

The 'garden patty' is probably the one you are thinking about-

    This contains:

GARDEN PATTY (Veggie Melt): Cooked Brown Rice, Soy Protein Concentrate-Hydrated, Mozzarella Cheese ([Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Nonfat Milk, Corn Starch, Natural Flavors, Annatto [Vegetable Color]), Onions, Rolled Oats, Mushrooms, Bulgur Wheat-Hydrated, Red Bell Peppers, Feta Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Part -Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Contains less than 2% of the following: Salt, Spinach, Vegetable Gum, Wheat Gluten, Basil, Canola Oil, Dried Garlic, Parsley, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Barley Malt, Spices, Natural Butter Flavor, Annatto (Vegetable Color), Dried Onion, Dried Mushrooms, Natural Flavors. This product is not kosher, Halal nor Vegan.

  3. don't order it with tomato's.  When you order, tell them no tomatoes and you won't get them.

  4. NO NO NO, this question is far from silly.

People with allergies sometimes will have a reaction from such a minute amount of the item that you, literally, can't see it.

A person with severe allergies will either learn to ask, and the correct way, or will suffer the consequences. One of my friends will break out from exposure to milk products the size of a BB. Some people with peanut allergies will have a bad reaction from being close to someone who has eaten peanuts.

These can range from simply irritating reactions to death. Yes, it can literally product death.

If a person is extremly allergic to tomatoes, they shouldn't eat at Subway. This is because there is so much cross contamination of one item to another that it is inevitable there will be some tomatoe residue on any sandwich.

I sometimes read the ingredients of things that I am about to eat. It can be a bit frightening :-) Anchovy powder? Sardine paste? Chemicals that I can't even read, let alone pronounce. You would be amazed at how many products have sugars added to them. Also the sodium level of many things.

That is NOT an indictiment of Subway, it is simply a statement that this is inevitable. It has NOTHING to do with sanitation either. Personally, I have never had a concern about any Subway's cleanliness.

  5. you just go there tell them you want a veggie delite and then they will ask you what you want on it.

if you want like a veggie sandwhich with a patty the veggie max is pretty good too. same deal with what goes on it.

  6. you can always tell them not to add them to your sandwich

  7. if your allergic to tomatoes tell them that you want it without tomatoes and its taken care of.

  8. When u place u order just let them know want u want & specific to them u allergic to tamatoes silly.

  9. You get whatever veggies you want on it, silly! Just don't ask for tomatoes.

  10. think about it, it's made to order
