  1. Hi!

I have also used air alert (think it was air alert 2) and it didn't work for me. All it did was hurt my knee, fortunately, nothing serious. I gained 1 inch after 7 or 8 weeks, then lost that inch after the 10th week so I stopped.

With VJB, you can choose the right training for you. You see, I'm thin, not that strong but i'm very quick, so I didn't need to do all those reps, but I had to become stonger. I have been using the vertical bible for about 8 months now (I follow most of it, but I do cheat sometimes :) ) and i've gained 6 inches, which is pretty good considering that I had a max running vertical of 32 inches before. I'm so close to dunking right now, one more inch and I think I'll do it! :) (I'm  28 year old 5'7-5'8)

BTW, you are gonna need weights to train. You can do part of it without them, but if you want real good results, you are going to need them. Oh, and it's not as hard as air alert, because 8 months on air alert, well, it's pretty much impossible to do.:)
