Yes.....and no. Does it spin the air and make a vortex? Yes. Does this improve engine performance or fuel milage in any way? NO, NO, NO.

Cyclone, mod chip or anything else you see on ebay that claims to improve Horsepower and Fuel Economy is total c**p and more likely to damage your vehicle.  If you could spend $50 on a part like these and get 20% improvement, EVERYBODY would have done it already and people wouldn't spend $1000 on a full exhaust for a puny 15 HP gain.

you mean the blazer or the one you put in the intake to make the "swirlin" of the air to combust better. the blazers are badazz but the one in the intake dont. if anything its a resriction
