Does the walmart in cancun have the same prices and products as walmarts here?

Since I don't know where "here" is...it is a hard question to answer however...

There are 3-Walmarts and a Sam's Club in Cancun. Products/brands are different "here in Cancun" because a lot of Mexican brands are carried...along with some USA brands. Here in the store closest to me there is wonderful produce and bakery. There are aisles of pasta, beans and rice, which are staples for this area.

Some prescription meds are cheaper and some more expensive especially if there isn't a generic.

Prices will vary, product line will differ according to the tastes and customs of the local market, although there will be many items that are the same.  

The cost of doing business is different in every location, and those costs are always passed to the consumer in the price of the goods.  That includes, wages, space/property cost or rent shipping/import costs and goverment tariffs all  affect the prices up or down.  After the exchange rate, some items will be cheaper and some will be more expensive.
