Does the what ever happens agreement on my laptop cover against theft?

i have the whatever happens cover out on my laptop and i it has been stolen am i covered against this they told me i am covered against this when i took cover out

Is this insurance you purchased from the retailer?  Laptops are easily removable or s-t-o-l-e-n.  Don't include these types of items under your homeowners or renters policy because once you get a claim in the insurance world, the claim stays with you for 3-5 years and you take a "hit".

You need to read the contract.  

Many times the salesperson says, "everything is covered", but that's not what the contract says.  And it's the CONTRACT that is binding.
