it could work, maybe it doesn't need the wiimote, but if you all didn't realise, the Rock Band guitar is USB for Wii, so it could work, try it out.

No it will not. Xbox with Xbox and Wii with Wii.

i am not going to make fun of you . but no you can't use the xbox360 guitar on the wii as you can see the wii guitar has a slot to put in the wii mote in. while the other version doesn't.
