Does the xbox 360 still has better games than ps3?

my friend has both consoles but the ps3 is darker than xbox 360 but the controls and gamepad of ps3 is much better ,but i like games like gears of war and halo 2,3 .are there any good special games titles only for ps3

i am planning to buy one ,my friend says go for xbox 360 ,what should i do

  1. OK here. 360 has halo 3 and gears of war 2.

    That's it.

    PS3 has....Gran Turismo....LittleBigPlanet.........Metal Gear Solid 4......Motorstorm...Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.......Heavenly Sword.......

    Along with all the upcoming games and all the multiplatform titles like GTA4 and COD4 and such.

    Please,

    Call of Duty 4 is not a 360 exclusive.

    Assassin's Creed is not a 360 exclusive.

    Bioshock is not a 360 exclusive.

    Dead Rsisng is not a 360 exclusive anymore.

    And also, pretty much EVERY exclusive title on the 360 can be bought on the PC as well, so I wouldn't really call it "exclusive"


  2. Your friend is right. The only game comparable to Gears is Resistance, and that game was not nearly as good. Sony claimed that "Killzone" was going to be the Halo killer. But Killzone fell flat on it's face, you can check game reviewing websites for that. Plus many of the ps3 exclusives are making their way over to the xbox. I mean for example, we just got final fantasy, not one of my personal favorites but w/e -.-

  3. PS3 has killzone 2 and MetalGear but 360 has far more titles and in my opinion a far better live system and with gears of war 2 coming out i would definitely go for 360

    i personally like the xbox 360-battlefront, COD5, Halo 3, Assassins creed.

  7. Right now, considering games, the Xbox 360 has the PS3 dominated. Gears of War 2 is coming out really soon and that's going to blow away the competition, and also Halo 2 and 3 have been great. Final Fantasy XIII is going to be the game that keeps the PS3 on the market and the Xbox 360 is also coming out with that game, so Microsoft pretty much has Sony's number. Buy an Xbox 360, with Live experience, you wont regret it.

  8. it depends on what games you prefer games like COD4 and HALO3 exclusive to the Xbox360 then yes but if you already have a PS2 then it would make more sence for a PS3 since you have cross compatiblity you can play your favorite PS2 games on the PS3. otherwise get the Xbox 360

  10. Xbox 360 is much better.

    The LIVE is better aswell, even though you have to pay for it, you won't regret it. On PS3 it's more boring :P
