Does these names sound too girly for a boy?

Denali - It means "great one" in an Alaskan Algonquian language, not sure which.

and

Mello, or Melot - love it too! But again...

I love them, but I'm starting to think that they sound a little femme. Input please!

Denali is awesome, but it does sound girly.

Mello and Melot sound really strange, plus if your kid doesn't like them they don't have any good nicknames.

Melot is definitely not feminine.

I do not think that the names sound too girly...but I dont care for them either.  Denali reminds me of the SUV and Mello reminds me of the commercial for the soda "...they call me mello yellow"..lol

I love Denali it sounds like such a great and too me a strong name I would go with that if you don't want him to get his butt kicked later. Mello or Melot are just asking for some problems.

Mello Yello.....Denali is a car, and Melot....I'm okay with unique names, but yes, they do seem girly, and easy for them to get picked on!

Denali reminds me of the SUV.  

Mello or Melot sounds too much like "mellow" -- not exactly a "power" name.  Makes me think of "Mellow Yellow".  

Sorry, not a big fan of either....I would say Denali is perhaps a bit better than mello.

I really tend to like more masculine names for boys better.  These aren't really that feminine, they're just weird.  Denali makes me think of the GMC Yukon Denali, but I like it better than Mello/Melot.  Melot would have everyone calling him "Mel-lot".

It's different but Denali is also a popular SUV which would come to mind for most rather than the true meaning.  Melot is original...

Denali is great! Definitely not feminine, actually a name that will drive the ladies wild later in life! Wow! I like it alot!

Im not sure how you are even pronouncing these names. The first one is cute, but reminds me of a girl name. Now a days i think the name should really defy the gender cause they can be dressed in all pink and still be called a boy!
