Does it annoy you when people you know, your friends, acquaintances, or any one you talk to, tells you they are going to kill them selves because no one wants them in this world, apparently all they want is attention other wise they wouldn't be telling you this.

Theres this girl i know, she said that she was going to kill her self because no one in this world wanted her, [this was put in a bulliten on myspace] so i email her telling her that its a screwed up thing that she said that and she needs to think about what she would be doing to her family and friends if she killed her self before making those accuasations that no one in this world likes her.

It's a complicated situation, because you don't really know what the person who wants to kill themselves really feel and why they want to do what they want to do. Some just want the attention because god knows why; they are brats but some wants the attention for other varies reasons and sometimes they are acually feeling like that. I don't know what I can say becuase I don't really know much, but the only thing I can say, is don't be so quick to judge.

yea. i think that there are people who want to kill themselves, and who hurt them selves and its not for attention. its because they really do have issues. but then there are the people who say **** like that and post stupid bullitens about it just to get attention and i think its really stupid. and it hurts people who are like that because its a lot like mocking them.

the best way to fix something like this is the next time she makes a suicide threat, just call the cops to her house.  If she really wants attention, she'll get it, and probably wont pull something like that again.

Never ignore them though.  Thats the worst thing you can do.  Take it as a serious suicide threat and they eventually will to.
