Does this beach house look good to you?

This must be kind of odd, but I'm renting a beach house this summer, and I am looking for feedback on what you all think of this possibility....

2 families will be staying in the house, mine and my cousin's, it has all the amenities we're looking for, at a reasonable price, but I want to know if you all like it. I don't know if I actually like the house, or if I am just intrigued by it.

So please, go through the pictures and the virtual tour, and tell me what you think of it, and weather I should rent it.

c'mon man do you really need to come on here for this.  it looks sweet and you already knew that.  either rent it or don't.

Doesn't look big enough for two families. If it has enough bedrooms, though, I guess it looks okay.

The house seems to have many rooms, but I get the impression that the kitchen and eating areas are small and cramped.  There seems to be a very good use of natural lighting, and the master bedroom looks "open" enough, however the house may have been newly renovated explaining the "un- lived in look".  

The decision to stay there would have to be yours, and it's a personal decision.  Figure out if you like the location of the house (right on the beach- how could you lose there?), are there things to do nearby (because you probably won't want to spend every waking moment on the beach), and is the price something you can live with?  Remeber- you'll have a better time in a 'not so great place' if you're traveling with people you really like and get along with, so don't worry too much about fancy extras.

Have a good time!  It's a nice house for a vacation place!
