Does this bike fit me?

Please look at the pictures and let me know if you think this bike fits me or not? It is a 60cm Canondale and my inseam is something like 94-96cm. I am 6'4"

If your inseam is that long, then yes, this bike is too small. You look a bit cramped on it in the pictures you posted too.  That model is meant to be more of a comfort bike in that it doesn't havethe super aggressive riding position that you findin racing bikes, but I think you should be bit more stretched out when riding in the drops.  The next size up would still give you several cent. of room between your family jewels and the cross bar, and I think you'd be more comfy.
