  1. I wouldn't get them. They're shorter than normal riding boots and they look like the perfect hight to get caught on the end of the saddle flap while you're riding. I'd suggest looking for a good pair of used field boots on Ebay or something. I think you'd end up being much happier with a real pair of field boots.

  2. yeah they look good for riding in and good quality for all round riding in, but be wary as they have been reduced so much, however for general purpose riding they look like a good bargain

  3. they'll be ok - but I hope you can fit in them! They look very narrow at the ankle, and they are dress boots (better for dressage) not field boots (better for hunter/jumper). Also they look almost flared at the top? So they look (to me at least) like they would fit a person with a narrow ankle & a wide calf??? You could have the calf taken in though.

  4. They are not really riding boots, but rather "fashion" boots designed to look like riding boots.  The top is much more flared than riding boots would be (probably so you can tuck skinny jeans in!) and that in inself may present some problems.  Also, the heel is a little higher than what would be on a riding boot, and the leather is probably not anywhere near as soft and supple as what you'd find on a riding boot.  (I like Delia's too, but their quality is not exactly great...)  The zipper at the back might also not be ideal for riding, if it is of negligible quality.  You can always order them and try them on a home; return them if you don't like the way they fit.

  5. they look like they would work for everyday riding because they meet the standards but i would be careful because it looks like you can only get on size calf and you want the calf to fit snuggly
