Gun Shy Kisses-(+)-

# 12

Both guns were in my hands

The benefits of hard training

allowing me to move with

trained grace

“As I said,

only my job…”

She said nothing

“What do you have to do

with this Kay?”

I had to know

A tear

rolled down her soft cheek

Speaking for her…

‘I love her…’

  1. Sarah, you have to read #1-11 and then you'll understand.

So far, so good.  Actually, I thought Charlotte figured out that her target was a female when she read the name "Kay".  Anyhow, none of it has thrown me off so far.  It's been pretty easy to follow and interesting at that.  I'll keep checking in for more.  Write on :)

  2. Hi Siren,

It feels like we are closing in on the end. I think your idea to add a reaction to Kay's gender is a good idea. To the lines:

Both guns were in my hands

    The benefits of hard training

    allowing me to move with

    grace

    “As I said,

    only my job…”

    She said nothing

“What do you have to do

    with this Kay?”

    I had to know

    A tear

    rolled down her soft cheek

    Speaking for her…

    ‘I love her…’

Almost no suggested changes, it flows nicely.

  3. Well, I have to say that I'm a little confused on the subject of the poem. Maybe its just me...........
