Now this is just me, but I'm not a big fan of bleached hair. You are a really pretty girl, and I think you would look even better if you toned down the blond a little. Like make it look more like a natural blond.

Well, it's not horrible, but i think a couple shades darker would suite you better, not a brown, but more of a darker blond, with some highlights! but more natural highlights, not ones that look completely painted on,

It doesn't make you look like total c**p, as you asked, but it is way to light for your complexion. A champaign blonde would look nicer.
