Question:

Does this complaint to Toonami sound forceful enough?

Why have you allowed the Toonami broadcasting to become what it has become. I frequently babysit children, and I notice that many of the programs showed during normal programing hours are also in Toonami, such as Ben 10: Alien Force. Why do you ignore your teenage audience and just focus on your audience that is between ages 4-8?

  1. It needs a bit more work... but i agree with your statement. Although it is cartoonetwork.. but theres always adult swim lol

  2. I agree. I remember when DBZ was on alot and some others shows like Gundam, Sailor Moon, Hamtaro (lol.) I was alot younger then, but if they were back on, I'd watch them. DBZ was my all time favorite show until I was about 12.

  3. it needs a little work... but your message is understood and so true, I just hope they take Ben 10 off the line up and re-add zatch bell.

  4. I don't know that you're taking the right approach. For one thing, use exact hours, and drop the part about babysitting because it sounds like you don't watch television as often as you could, which make it sound like ignoring a potential teenage audience is a wise decision on their part.

Why not tell them that you think there is a large potential audience of teenagers who would watch cartoons/anime aimed at an older audience, if Toonami would broadcast such fare during certain hours (and make sure they know in which time zone you are talking about).

Don't take an antagonistic tone. Be respectful but direct. If you do ask a question, even a rhetorical question, use a question mark at the end of the sentence. If possible, address the letter (or will this be an e-mail?) to a specific individual, who will feel obligated to read it (you might even get a personal response, which would be a basis for possibly being taken seriously). Include your own name, and uses standard salutations.
