Does this contribute to the Chaos theory?

I was walking in front of a house and I saw a bunch of yellow flowers on the floor.

I remember this happening three times and i think a dejabu is only two, the first two times i continued my path but the third time I went back into my house.

only if you did not intend to return to your home on the third occasion , and what happened when you returned home , was it significant or did it give rise to significant events ?

No, that is nothing to do with Chaos.

But it might be something to do with déjà vu (already seen).
