I would not count it as sexual activity.

It does show some serious character flaws if you crave the attention that being such a serial flirt can get you, and is definitely unattractive and manipulative.

Well if they're not going to take it sexually, what's the point? And it'll hardly be 'sexual activity' except for the person doing it, as some kind of thrill.

LOL.  Nice!  I do not consider it a sexual activity.  For me, it's just fun a fun way to express friendship and affection.

Only if smiling at people counts as sexual activity.

I think there's a line and everyone has to decide for themselves where that is.  For me it's in my head when I think of it as serious/sexual.
