Monday.

Breakfast: Cup of Peppermint Tea with Honey.

Bran Flakes & Yoghurt with Berries.

Glass of Orange Juice.

Lunch: Sardines on Toast.

Apple

Dinner: Chicken with Steamed Veg.

Tuesday.

Breakfast. Cup of Peppermint Tea with Honey.

Bran Flakes with Yoghurt and sliced Banana

Glass of Orange Juice.

Lunch. Baked Beans on Toast.

Dinner. Salmon with Stir Fried Veg.

Wednesday.

Breakfast. Cup of Peppermint Tea.

Half a Grape Fruit.

1 Round of Wholemeal Toast with spread.

Lunch: Cup of Pasta.

Apple.

Dinner: Chicken sauce & Rice

Thursday.

Breakfast. Cup of Peppermint Tea with Honey.

Bran Flakes with Yoghurt and Berries.

Glass of Orange Juice.

Dinner. Cous Cous Salad

Banana

Dinner. Oily fish with New Potatoes and Salad

Friday.

Breakfast. Cup Of Peppermint Tea with Honey.

Bran Flakes with Berries.

Cup Of Juice.

Lunch. Feta and Olive Salad

Dried Apricots

Dinner. Pizza.

Saturday.

Breakfast. Cup of Peppermint Tea with Honey.

Smoothie.

Lunch. Chicken Salad Sandwich

Dinner. Pasta Bake.

Sunday.

Breakfast. Turkey Rashers in wholemeal bread with Poached Egg

Glass of Juice.

Dinner. Leftover Pasta Bake.

Tea. Either - Roast Dinner

Spaghetti Bolognese

Curry

Snacks I have is always either Go Ahead Snacks, or Rice Cakes and Grapes.

I do Yoga on Mondays and Kickboxing on Thursdays with Power walking for 30 minuites a day?

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of anything i eat too much of or too little?!

  1. You should at least have some protein in each meal.


  2. Too many carbs for my liking and pasta is like eating a big bowl of sugar.I've been following a hunter/gatherer diet lately and have twice ad much energy and am quickly returning to my prefered weight.We don't really need carbs.

  3. Yes, it is missing the one thing that will make you want to get up in the morning, a large bacon sandwich!

  4. Too many carbs,sugars and you are substantially short on the basic 5 a day. 5 portions fruit/veg is the minimum recommended, it is now being suggested up to 9 if you're serious. Your fibre intake is poor. If you are exercising too you will need to power up to replace fluid and maintain strength and optimum energy.

    Have a re-think.
