Try for yourself if you want. Don't use others as guinea pigs which can put them at risk.

The one below is more effective in producing a high-order after-image.

Especially in full-screen mode.

concentrate on the centre, and when it finishes, look around the room, or at a page of print.

But the effect wears off rapidly.

well, human eyes aren't supposed to stare at the same place for a very long time, it doesnt matter what the object.  

but, if you mean just like looking at that and not just looking at a portion of the picture, it shouldnt do anything.  its just an optical illusion.

i watched it and it was horrible because it made me dizzy. I don't think it would cause eye damage, just confusion.
