Does this even exist?

a friend of mine told me that i can get a single cable the hooks into the VGA and audio ports of my laptop and it converts the other end to a 3 prong RCA. does this even exist? if so can someone link me to where i could buy one? ive been looking online and cant find one.

  1. No it doesn't exist. You have to buy a converter box that you hook your VGA cable to. Then the converter box has a video out and S-video out use one(your choice) And connect it to your TV.

    These converters are not common but the do exist... i have seen them

    For the audio look for the cable known as a "mini jack to RCA" or 3.5mm to RCA cable
