I usually go to sleep about midnight and get up at 9am. Almost every afternoon I get this wave of tiredness, I can feel myself getting so tires, I yawn a lot and the colour drains from me. It usually lasts about an hour/an hour and a half and then it passes and I feel normal again. I dont nap when it comes over me but I have trouble getting to sleep at night.Anyone get this? What is it? How can I stop it because when I get it I feel awful. Thanks!
