  2. Yeah it does its cos i sort of slouch over my computer sometimes my eyes get abit sore too

  3. you need to take frequent breaks and limit the time you spend at the computer

you may also need to change how you are sitting

  4. yep it happens because of the potion that you have been sitting in

  5. Wow, that's wat's happening to me right now, I have been on-line for an hour!

  6. Hi,

if this is happening to you, that's bad news. So many people suffer from chronic bad back in later life, and often that is the result of bad posture. This is an early warning sign that you are not treating your back well.

    1) Ensure your posture is good - work at a desk, not on your lap

    2) Take regular breaks - every 20 mins

  7. MAN YOU'RE STILL LUCKY.  I REMEMBER WHEN I FIRST STARTED TAKING ONLINE CLASSES.  MY NECK, SHOULDERS AND EVENTUALLY THE SMALL OF MY BACK STARTED TO LOCK UP ON ME.  I DIDN'T BUY A COMPUTER DESK BECAUSE I HAVE A LOPTOP, AND IT WOULD'VE TAKEN UP TO MUCH SPACE NOT TO MENTION I ONLY HAD ABOUT A SEMESTER OF ONLINE CLASSES ANYWAY.  I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOSE MY MIND BEING THAT STIFF.  IT LASTED FOR ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS.  MAN I POPPED SO MANY PAIN PILLS.  SOME NIGHTS I DRUNK A BOTTLE OF WINE TO RELAX.  MY BESTFRIEND (MALE) STAIED OVER A FEW NIGHTS JUST TO MASSAGE MY BACK AND SHOULDERS, HELP ME WITH THE KIDS AND GET DRESS WHEN IT GOT BAD.  SO KEEP IN MIND YOUR POSTURE WHEN WORKING ON THE COMPUTER FOR LONG AMOUNTS OF TIME.
