Does this happen often or is it rare?

I noticed that there were two one one hundreth of a second wins in swimming last night or two days ago however the h**l you want to look at it. Michael phelps being one of them i forgot the other, today tommorow(as i said don't really care) it happend again if the timestamp is correct it happened about 20 mins ago.

That's got to be heart-breaking defeat especially for this torres chick who is like 40 and trying to get indivual gold for the first time, sorry if that's wrong they've talked about but i didn't pay much attention.

  1. These close rares are very rare. Yes, I also feel sorry for Torres - she should've won gold, but lost by .01 seconds.


  2. I am not sure if it is common or not but I keep hearing the announcers say they have seen lots of close races in these Olympics.

  3. It is amazing that both races were that close.  It is definitely heartbreaking to be on losing effort of both races.  

    It was too bad that Dara Torres was not able to win.  At the age of 41, it is amazing that she is still competitive at that age.
