  1. I can well identify with what you have experienced, in this country and at this time, a great many people are going thru the same thing.  I can tell you what I do...I meditate, I calm my mind and my body, and I use the matra "this too, shall pass".  You can only do what you can do, and you can only do it one day at a time.  Try to realize that it is only money, not your life.  Your life is what you make it, you can stress and worry over something you can do nothing about, or you can do what you can and refuse to worry about anything else.

  2. yeah you went into panic. you have to breathe and calm down. see what has to be done. this isnt a mental health question it is more of a panic attack about worring about you future. are you married havea husband who can help,. write back and maybe i can help

  3. I have had panic attacks and I am sure that most people have had them at one time or another.  Often when you have these attacks you are unable to stop them and need medical help. My doctor put me on mild tranquilizers for a few months and that helped while I worked on myself and the way I handled stress.

  4. That sounds pretty severe. It is taking over your life and your health. I think you should seek professional help with your finances and mental health. Maybe if you talked about your problems you would have less stress and anxiety built up!

  5. honey, ive been asking myself that same question for 4 years now. All people can tell me is that im clinically depressed and medicate me. IDK but someone better figure something out fast.

  6. That sounds very unpleasant! Maybe you could try writing when you are frustrated/upset/sad/angry about something.  It helps to get all of your thoughts on to paper and then look them over...

Also, breathing techniques can help... Here's a website: http://www.healthyplace.com/Communities/...

    Hope this helps!
